Bordeaux Superieur Chateau Laborde 2007
Opis W sercu prawobrzeżnej części regionu Bordeaux znajdziemy Chateau Laborde, niezbyt dużą, rodzinną posiadłość. Właściciele, Serge i Nathalie Audubert, od dziesięciu lat z wielką pasją i dbałością wytwarzają wina cieszące się bardzo dobrą reputacją. Serge i Nathali wykorzystując gładkość i owocowość merlot (80%), wigor i żywość cabernet frank (15%) oraz mocną strukturę cabernet sauvignon (5%), stworzyli wino świeże, z mocnym akcentem owocowym oraz doskonale wtopionymi taninami. Będzie ono doskonale towarzyszyć daniom z jagnięciny, pieczonej i duszonej wołowiny, wreszcie wędlinom i daniom z grilla. Można je też podać do serów z porostem białej pleśni takich jak camembert, brie czy coulommiers. Aby w ... Pezat; Appellation Bordeaux Superieur; Chateau Teyssier 2010
Opis The kernel for Pezat is a vineyard planted literally a pace outside of the Saint Emilion Appellation - towards the river from Château Teyssier near to Branne. Previously this large vineyard consisted of high trellised vines planted 3 metres apart - the norm in Entre-des-Mers where grapes are machine picked. Planting down the middle of the rows gave the same density as a vineyard in Saint Emilion. Additionally, on the original vines, a sucker-per-vine was allowed to grow. At which stage the original vine was cut off, almost halving the height of the vines down to what one would expect from a ... This has a well defined nose with baked red cherries, a touch of briary and a hint of chalk dust. Simple on the palate, nicely balanced, crisp blackberry with a touch of pepper on the finish. This is a fine Bordeaux Superieur from Jonathan Maltus. Wine Spectator POINTS 86-89 - Pure, with a lightly firm damson plum and pomegranate frame to the core of blackberry and black currant. A mineral edge is starting to show on the finish. —J.M. Robvert Parker POINTS 86-88 - An excellent effort from Jonathan Maltus, this value-priced, lower-level Bordeaux is normally a blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc. The 2010 is exactly what one expects from an inexpensive but well-made Bordeaux. Soft tannins, deep berry fruit, a nice, medium-bodied, fleshy texture, and clean finish all make for a delicious wine to drink in its first 3-4 years of life. Drink: 2011/15.

Opis Szczepy: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot. Wino o pięknym, głębokim, rubinowym kolorze z amarantowymi refleksami. Intensywny, bogaty bukiet o owocowym aromacie z nutami czarnych porzeczek, leśnych jagód, delikatnych ziół i wanilii. Wino łagodne, dojrzałe, soczyste i mięsiste z delikatnymi taninami. Chateau de Terrefort Quancard to wspaniałe Bordeaux Superieur nagradzone Srebrnym Medalem w konkursie " Grand Vins de France" w Macon. Znakomicie nadaje się do leżakowania. Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości.

Superieur AOC Bordeaux Chateau Laborde 2007
Opis Szczepy: merlot – 80%, cabernet franc - 15%, cabernet sauvignon – 5% Czerwone wytrawne wino łączące owocowy charakter szczepu merlot z solidna strukturą oparta na gronach cabernet. W nosie aromaty czerwonych owoców, porzeczek i przypraw z nutą lukrecji. Wyraźne ale dobrze wtopione taniny pozwalają podawać to wino do duszonej wołowiny, pieczonych mięs, wędlin i serów. Temperatura 16 - 17°C.
